We had a great location at Charme Da Graca, right in the heart of the neighborhood. Tram 28 was just around the corner, making it easy to explore the old city. The staff was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms had all the necessary amenities and even had a beautiful balcony. Despite some minor drawbacks like the small bathroom and noise from other guests, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.

We had an amazing stay at a hostel in an amazing area. the owners were friendly and served a delicious breakfast, including vegan options. the hostel had a cozy handmade style and a clean outside bathroom. We were able to store our bags and the location was great. Cons: No issues with Charme Da Graca 🙌.

The location was perfect - close to many brunch spots, restaurants, and public transport. It was easy to explore the city from here. The room was cozy and had a cute little balcony, which was a nice touch. The hot water in the bathroom was great, and they even provided shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave and hot water kettle, making it convenient for self-serve coffee.
The room was quite small, especially the bathroom. It felt a bit cramped, and there was not much space to move around.

The owner and staff were very nice and accommodating. Jaqueline changed our room to resolve noise issues. the price was lower compared to other places in town. Good location with nice views. the shared apartment was not crowded and the kitchen was clean and well-stocked.
Felt at home instantly, no complaints.

Great staff and very friendly. The room was nice and cosy, with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with key attractions and cafes within walking distance.
The room layout was strange and inconvenient, with the shower and toilet in the bedroom. It got really hot and steamy after using the shower, and there was no air conditioning in the room.

Great location, sweet balcony with church view, clean room with useful amenities, responsive staff, bag storage, additional fan upon request.
Nothing, it was perfect.

We loved the recently renovated house with its fusion of old-fashioned charm and modern amenities. Jaqueline was a great host, offering easy communication, early check-in, and delicious breakfasts in the sunny kitchen. The location was perfect for us, with easy walking access to most attractions and the famous tram #28 stop just outside.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile and willing to assist. They even extended our room key and held our bags beyond our stay. Adorable and clean room with great facilities like English Netflix, hairdryer, and a reasonably priced mini fridge. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
Reservation mix-up resulted in being given a smaller room instead of a double room. Despite bringing it to their attention, they were unable to rectify the mistake.

The location of this hostel is absolutely fantastic. Situated in a traditional neighborhood, it offers a truly authentic experience. The nearby restaurants provide a taste of local cuisine, and many attractions are easily accessible on foot. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a fridge/minibar and a fan to keep you cool. The hosts are friendly and always available to assist you with any needs. Plus, the breakfast prepared by Jacqueline is not only delicious but also tailored to your preferences.
The clairaudient rooms can be a bit noisy, particularly in the morning when the pipes are used.
